What are some of the best things about your team?
My team (my area only) work very hard to keep a good image of our stores. We try to acknowledge our employees as they are our face to the public. We have created a team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating. Including the front line employees feedback and concerns with decisions that will affect them. If we are going to be one great company then everyone needs to be on the same page. This will never happen if upper management doesn't acknowledge or talk with lower management. Communicate
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is not a clear picture of policy (Parkland's) and there are many questions with no one to answer them. Upper Corporate needs to clue everyone in on policy and procedures so we are doing things the way Parkland wants us to. It's very sad to feel you don't matter, and neither does your work.
