Probably the sense of accomplishment.

Communication has gotten better and I don't feel like I'm being micro managed.

Their commitment to doing a great job for the Company and the customer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An outside evaluation was done for compensation for my position a few years ago and I don't feel like it will ever raise to the high end of the scale throughout my career. I say this with the fact that our branch has hit most all of our financial goals since I've been hear. (6yrs.)
