I loved KB. I don't like Parkland. I've been cut back on my hours, and do not qualify for the offered benefits because of this.

Just being here. Again, they're like family to me.

Vision for sure. I don't have much experience with these kinds of packages though . . .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers are like my family. They've been here for me during the lowest time of my life.

My night team is awesome. I can depend on them to do their jobs to the best of their abilities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I absolutely love my managers and the ones directly above them. They are almost like family to me. Very supportive and constructive in their evaluations.
