I enjoy KB and the reputation it has built with our community. I do however feel that management is not successful in making sure that work is evenly distributed.

The small town feeling. Having our regular customers come through and meeting and greeting travelers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not been offered benefits. I was working full time hours but am considered part time so they were not offered to me.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when everyone is on top of things and we can enjoy working at full speed to provide a friendly atmosphere for our customers.
