I feel like Parkland put a bunch of red tape around me and then gave me more responsibilities. It has been negative from the beginning and has not gotten better. We are being restricted but asked to provide more and better outcomes. It seems extremely counter productive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I would like to see them keep their promises made to us as employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need better equipment to work with. Our equipment is what was used 30 years ago in this industry and we need updates to it all so we can perform our jobs in a better fashion.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I would like it if they would involve me in the work of the company more. It seems as if I am on the outer circle of what is important and it makes me feel and seem unimportant.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are restricted with a bunch of red tape and required to perform tasks with equipment 30 years removed yet try and gain more and more customers even though we can't even handle the ones we currently have. It would be improved with better equipment and promises kept from higher ups.
