I do not think Parkland handled the merge with Farstad's operations well. We have a lot of customers at risk in this market and so many changes coming internally that no one has answers for.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is ok. Never was clearly laid out the commission structure.

Some members care and help growth. Others are set at status quo.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clear transition plans to acquired companies. Improve company culture among merged companies.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Feeling more included with the main office. Nobody seems to care about taking care of our customers out of our main operating offices.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better communication about strategies. More coaching to new employees and less trial by fire. So many unknowns with Parkland changes coming and does not get communicated how they will affect satellite offices and our customer base.
