It just seems sometimes that this store doesn't matter to higher up management.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love interacting with people and my co workers (and receiving a paycheck haha)

They are great with the customers! They stay busy and keep the store looking great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We live in a small town, so everyone knows everyone. All of the employees and the customers interact well and are always friendly.
