What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Compassion, training, and to stop lying to us.
Do what you say you're going to promise. Quit googling the way to handle the new growth of the company and stop painting lipstick on a pig by calling a failing project and reorganization as "Chapters" and "Champions".

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is a joke for the Atlanta area. We’re undervalued by making us work on projects we don’t have any interest in but have to because we can’t leave. PTO is only given because they have to. The directors make us feel bad for having to take it or sick
I was brought it to bring in fresh eyes and new perspective. They've listened to nothing I've said.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are they only good part. Leadership is terrible.
Great attitudes and excellent talent
There are a few very open colleagues that care about the other staff but no one is on the same page as far as where things are going.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The laughter we get from goofing around.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything starting from who they have in C level positions and directors.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got an opportunity to ask a lot of questions and it felt like I got to interview them back and see if this was the right fit for me.
