- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The compensation is a joke for the Atlanta area. We’re undervalued by making us work on projects we don’t have any interest in but have to because we can’t leave. PTO is only given because they have to. The directors make us feel bad for having to take it or sick
