In hindsight, I liked that it was multi-layered and involved more than one interview. It gives Talent and Leadership ample opportunity to talk with and review the same person.

The people I work with. This company is full of amazingly wonderful people, from all over the world. I love that I've formed lasting friendships and get to experience different cultures everyday.

My team is full of smart, energetic, collaborative people. I love that they feel comfortable and empowered to share their life moments with one another too. It's so fun to see everyone light up with smiles and laughter, when that happens.
