I haven't received a raise in two years and the insurance is so I can't support my family
We used to get a Quarterly bonus, haven't seen that in couple of years. Instead they want you to dress up for monthly contest and if you win your department spins a wheel. The same departments always win no matter what do alot of people quit dressing up

I feel like that I need to be compensated for the work that I know how to do because I get moved around from all departments and expect to do the work in each department to help fill in the gap when people don't show up with the same pay
I am a design engineer that has not done any design work, so undervalued is a short statement.
Corporate comes in and hires managers that aren't qualified or know anything about the job. Hire people from within that actually know what are doing and pay them fairly.

Pay the people who care and know the ins and outs of the jobs what they are worth. Quit wasting money on bodies who cannot perform or are qualified to do the job. Invest in training and pay qualified people more starting out.

They pay you nothing for slaving you in a hot sweat shop all day. They make you work 7 days a week and hardly wanna pay you for anything that you do

I have to work 50 hours a week just to bring home enough to almost pay my bills. Health insurance is a joke. 401 is not much better. Definitely not matching anywhere near what they should.
