Communication is real slack and favoritism is very abundant

Direction,and communicate with employees. Treat everyone fairly and with respect.

Straightforward conversation with direction and goals laid out. The path was clearly set

Interact with certain people, managers,leads supervisor to get ajob filled out and ready to go.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't received a raise in two years and the insurance is so I can't support my family
