We need a real supervisor and not one that turns a blind eye to problems in the department
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
HR is not doing her job to keep problems in the company at a minimum. She says she is working on it but it never seems to get any better. I have made complaints for 2 months about an employee that smells of alcohol ........it is not being handled!
