What did you like most about the interview process?
The tour of the facility. Everything was clean and well kept.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
You get what you pay for. Not the coworkers fault. Low pay=minimum work effort.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to step up to the plate and get rid of the ones that are not doing their job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have to work 50 hours a week just to bring home enough to almost pay my bills. Health insurance is a joke. 401 is not much better. Definitely not matching anywhere near what they should.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to actually look around at what is happening. So much waste time and materials. Management is horrible. Nobody has a clue how to manage anything. Constantly making incorrect deliveries or damaged goods. Makeing promises to clients that are not even reasonable.
