That if you can stand on two feet and say yes then you are hired
Its not the workers fault. How do you expect someone to do a job that they are not trained to do.
They do not promote from within therefore bringing in people out of college with zero experience with production and a complete lack of work ethic.
Training produces a higher quality worker which produces a higher quality product which produces a morale boost in taking pride in the product you are manufacturing.
No one cares about the quality only numbers. Push it to the customer for good numbers then get it returned to produce it again. Back orders are terrible.
Pay the people who care and know the ins and outs of the jobs what they are worth. Quit wasting money on bodies who cannot perform or are qualified to do the job. Invest in training and pay qualified people more starting out.
