It has been extremely challenging to get past the mom and pop shop mentality as we are still struggling with that type of culture here in this asset location. I fear this location may never reach a high level of professionalism.

We were bought out from another company as an asset.

leadership is what is wrong here at least in my department.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
if we were not all discouraged by the engineering manager being rude and forceful with over time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a design engineer that has not done any design work, so undervalued is a short statement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That the future there could be changes made to better our work culture and develop team skills to better navigate the ever changing product space.
