Steady business expectations, but that means stellar growth is not enabled, very little risk is taken.

I love what I do and I like my co-workers. Some of the Management could be demoted.
That the future there could be changes made to better our work culture and develop team skills to better navigate the ever changing product space.
I get a paycheck every other week :)

My Company was bought out by Patrick industries. Really didn't have an interview. They just had a meeting telling us about them and handed out paperwork
