I've been in several different roles since I started a few years ago, and in each role I've been given the opportunity to excel. I honestly can't imagine working for a different company at this point.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In most things, they try to be very transparent and discourage office politics. They're great about encouraging career growth and listening to new ideas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Patriot really tries to encourage a work-life balance, especially to those with children. I've never felt pushed to work longer hours than is reasonable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get pretty decent health insurance and a nice match on 401(k) contributions, plus patriot gives out stock to employees (based on tenure, I believe) every few years
What are some of the best things about your team?
Patriot hires the best of the best. I know I can rely on my teammates to get something done and to work towards the goal of creating a better product, rather than making a name for themselves.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like being able to express my opinions, and also the ability to explore different career opportunities within the company. Patriot really tries to make sure that their employees are put in the place that's best for them and the company
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with several different people in the company who assured me that Patriot only hires the best of the best. To get an interview means that you're in the upper tier of candidates. I've seen this to be true, but from an interview standpoint, it helps give confidence!
