
They're very open, transparent, and honest. They have very high integrity!
My manager is great and compassionate.
There is no fear of retribution. All opinions and constructive criticisms are both welcomed and encouraged. While there is a structural hierarchy, there is not the feeling that the CEO (or anyone in management) thinks he is "better" than any of the other employees.
The team is great. Sometimes things move a little too slowly. When presented with an opportunity that requires engineering resources, it doesn't always feel like we are able to be "agile" and pivot to seize some really large opportunities.
Too much weight is put on a few exec's opinions. They have their own agendas, and it doesn't help the company's development as a whole.
The amount of trust they have in their employees combined with the tools/assets they give us to grow. They don't hold us back -- they let us climb as high as we're willing to.
I love my manager. The executive team seems to change initiatives often in the name of being agile, which is frustrating.
In most things, they try to be very transparent and discourage office politics. They're great about encouraging career growth and listening to new ideas.
Only place I have worked for that willingly accepts criticism and actively tries to implement changes. They work long and hard to make sure everyone is doing their part and growing, not only within the company, but in their personal development.
