
I like that the recruiter went through the values and history of the company, as well as where they are now and where they are going. In addition, I was able to meet multiple members of multiple teams and I already felt a part of things before I officially started!
The fast turn around time to hear a response. It stinks waiting weeks to know if you were selected for a position, but with Patriot I knew within 2 days.
I feel like every interaction had a purpose. I have had a lot of interviews that felt like I was just going through the motions because that is what they thought they needed to do. They didn't learn anything about me and I didn't learn anything about the company. Not at Patriot.
God, if I can remember what my interview consisted of - though it was just a year ago. One of my favorite parts was the culture piece of the panel interviews. It may seem odd at first that they'd ask you these questions but they really are strong indicators of who will be a good culture fit.
