We get to work remotely.

It's apparent that we're all on the same team, and we're trying to help American businesses and their accountants.

Everyone is so supportive. It can be isolating working from home, but when you know your manager is only a zoom call away, it is much more comforting.

Everyone is so willing to help out to make sure little problems don't become big issues. We do have smaller teams that we work with daily, but really it's the ability of the entire company to work as a team between departments that make Patriot so special.

It is the great people. Sometimes that means it takes a little longer to find the right fit, but it pays off in the end. It feels like we are truly a family.

People Ops would always present us with optional events to keep us engaged as a company. Additionally, there is a sense of togetherness (in all of the good and appropriate ways of course) when it comes to working with peers even spanning to departments you don't work with daily.

I never feel afraid if I make a mistake. Managers, team leads, and coworkers are always willing to help you in any way they can.

By far, the people are this companies greatest asset.

May sound like a funny answer, but the fact that everyone is so positive. I've worked at gloomy companies and Patriot is not that way. Now it's not over-the-top of anything. People seem to genuinely like working here and with each other.

Patriot really tries to encourage a work-life balance, especially to those with children. I've never felt pushed to work longer hours than is reasonable.

Our People Ops goes the extra mile to make us feel included. Whether it is silly Star Wars month, or health and wellness walk-a-thon, they are making sure we are engaged and smiling.
