Our company value of being "data fanatics" definitely applies to interview process as well, which I appreciate. It makes the interview process a bit longer, but it helps ensure we hire incredible people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team truly cares about putting the best possible team together. They believe growing a business is a team sport, and that we're only as good as our team. I love working at a company where the people are considered the most valuable asset the company has.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our founders are constantly empowering teams to just go and "do something smart". They believe that if you hire the best people, they will be able to solve big harry challenges and do incredible things if they are given the tools and the space to do so. Love that about working here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our team is made up of highly capable, low ego rock stars. I love that I don't have to worry if the person next to me is going to be capable and pull their weight. Most of the time, I most concerned about making sure I pull my weight and match the competency of my peers.
