What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our leaders are not afraid to make major compensation increases if there are changes in the market or an extra need to retain top talent. I love that all employees receive equity in the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I love that the data - skills, education, etc. - are a big factor of our interview process. We have a track record for finding the best talent and that has really impacted our company's success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are humble, no-ego leaders. They are OK with being wrong or having someone change their mind. Our leaders have a good balance between doing what's best for our company and stakeholders, and doing what's best for employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Pattern team is the best. Period. We have an extremely strong focus on hiring the best talent and it shows. The Pattern team is humble, hungry, and extremely intelligent. There is little to no ego, so collaboration and teamwork is constant. There is little to no drama.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very autonomous style of work where we believe our employees are top talent and we trust them to do great work. There is no micromanaging or hand-holding. Employees are free to make mistakes, learn, and innovate. I love that I have the full trust of my leadership team to do something smart
