Growth strategy for individuals is lacking, compensation is below market average - especially for a digitally native company. Better pay, improved healthcare that covers partner or family at a better rate, along with some kind of continuing education incentives.
Eager, forward thinking, collaborative & willing to listen to ideas. Many teams are willing to form internal tasks forces to work on process issues.
