Pay me what I am worth
Growth strategy for individuals is lacking, compensation is below market average - especially for a digitally native company. Better pay, improved healthcare that covers partner or family at a better rate, along with some kind of continuing education incentives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Eager, forward thinking, collaborative & willing to listen to ideas. Many teams are willing to form internal tasks forces to work on process issues.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Clearer communication style and questioning why certain people in power withhold information in order to protect their egos.

Being involved in a wide variety of projects, working with a lot of teams. Ability when you're upper middle management to have autonomy on larger projects.

Customers can't know whats happening internally if they know this company would be canceled so fast/.
