What makes you most happy at work?Being involved in a wide variety of projects, working with a lot of teams. Ability when you're upper middle management to have autonomy on larger projects.
What are some of the best things about your team?Eager, forward thinking, collaborative & willing to listen to ideas. Many teams are willing to form internal tasks forces to work on process issues.

Better pay, improved healthcare that covers partner or family at a better rate, along with some kind of continuing education incentives.
