Fully remote and flexible working ,private health care and a large variety of perks that i value
The paid time off days
health insurance, extra paid time off
It's a common set - one day off for birthday or work anniversary, few hours for well-being etc.
The absolute best part of the compensation package at Payara, in my opinion, is the generous professional development budget and time off
Being able to take country-based bank holidays when YOU want to is a big benefit. Lots of other little additions are welcome. The bonus scheme is a little underwhelming and not structured; it's at the SLT discretion. This needs fixing.
Wellness Wednesdays and Mindful Days on top of annual leave make sure that you are always on your top game. You are asked to rate how you feel at every monthly review so it is clearly a priority
remote working / flex working / tailored Perks and Benefits
I have no complaints. It is fair and compliant.
Competitive salary, bonuses, and benefits.
Payara has a great benefits package which they review and renew every year to make sure they are still competitive and listening to what people want
I think the flexibility and working from home and also that we all meet personally once a year at some nice place.
The perks and benefits; birthday and work anniversary time off, Wellness hours, mindful days and the ability to work remotely.
It's inclusive of so many other perks
The benefits package is designed to suit everyone - not just parents or single people. They have really thought about what will make a difference. Wellness Wednesdays are well appreciated!
The best part about Payara’s compensation package is its balance between competitive pay, flexible remote work, and growth opportunities. The package includes comprehensive benefits, continuous learning support, & a unique annual all-expenses-paid event, fostering connections & enhancing team spir
It is a nice balance of monetary and non-monetary items within my compensation package.
Wellness Wednesdays and Birthday Day off
Mindful days off and welness hours
It's fair and flexible, negotiable yearly.
Management compares the current salary to the average on the market in the area, but only based on the job title, not the actual job function. This leads to exotic job titles having no comparison, or job titles undervaluing the person's role.
