Everyone has a different experience / skillset so we all learn from each other constantly. Also, lots of different nationalities / cultures makes for an interesting environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Anyone can pick up the phone to anyone else in the company and have an open and honest discussion. There is little in the way of office politics or social hierarchy. An egalitatrian community vibe dominates the company.
