What did you like most about the interview process?
People were nice and friendly, and took the time to explain the product, the context, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is dedicated to build a quality product, and do their best for it. Also people are generally happy to help, in their own capacity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy that the leadership team tries to communicate with the rest of the employee, explaining their decisions or publishing minutes of their meetings available to the whole company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fully remote working is probably the largest benefit. The once a year retreat is nice, a full week abroad to meet and work with colleagues face to face. Some other benefits I enjoy: wellness wednesday, health appointments, flexibility in working hours.
