Everybody is ready to help, we spend hours cooperating if necessary. There are interesting people in the team, with different skills.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In most cases, if we approach somebody from a different team, they are willing to help, always in a friendly way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Various perks, from few free days to 8 hours of education/months. We all meet personally once a year at some nice place, coming from the whole world.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had an interview with the CEO and my future manager -- shared our views and approaches. It definitely helps, if the candidate already did something (even small) in the server. It's open source, so it's easy. The candidate knows, what is the work about, and shows passion.
