What is the best part about your compensation package?
To start, my base salary is fair. Including end-of-year bonuses, the pay is very good here. Not to mention, I've never even heard of a company that has a health insurance plan as good as PC Pitstop. A+ in my book.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all remote employees, which allows us a level of freedom that you can't get in a traditional office environment. Twice a year, the entire company meets up in a different city, where we update each other on our personal and professional progress. It's always a great time!
