Feeling that I've done a good job and taking care of the customers. Doing what you say you're gonna do when you say you're gonna do it.

That I know exactly what is expected of me.

Caring for elderly people in the convience of their own home so they aren't put in any nursing home or medical facility locked in a room and I get to talk with them all day make them breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It brings enormous amounts of joy to my heart.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Hire a new manager and remove Dennis herman

Employees are treated unfairly. Lots of favoritism. Management is a bully. Seasoned employees are paid the same as new employees. 20+ years same as 3,4,5 years and expected to train them. No incentives. Morale is low.
