I've been working here for a very long time. Management has treated me very poorly. Been here too long to find another job. Tried to get an office job in the plant I work in. Management led me on then refused me.

Work like a robot and you'll be fine.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating employees like human beings. More work/ life balance. How about a shift differential pay raise? Straight shifts with seniority. Incentives. Morale is very low.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees are treated unfairly. Lots of favoritism. Management is a bully. Seasoned employees are paid the same as new employees. 20+ years same as 3,4,5 years and expected to train them. No incentives. Morale is low.
