Winter haven plan,t over work us all the time 12 hour shifts and if you dont stay when they tell you , your getting a right up the turn around in this plant is outrageous the way the plant supervisor treat all of us like animals sad sad ive been here for almost 20 years its gotten worst

We dont have one always using someone from another machine

People need a life we have children we want to see we need more time off we understand work and somedays we need to work extra but not all the time
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need days off we love the work but we need more people for for demand dont take it out on the little people that are left work with what you have
