To hire people to speak the language or they are bilingual. They need to be more open minied. Have better understand of a situation.
Management needs to change. They need to learn how to communicate and respond to the employees in a positive way
People need a life we have children we want to see we need more time off we understand work and somedays we need to work extra but not all the time

Hire a new manager and remove Dennis herman
Employees are treated unfairly. Lots of favoritism. Management is a bully. Seasoned employees are paid the same as new employees. 20+ years same as 3,4,5 years and expected to train them. No incentives. Morale is low.
