Leadership team is young and not very "team oriented". Each department head is just looking out for their department. As for supervision, they only look out for their shift to make it look better than the next or previous shift.

I do 100 production but being paid less than everyone else like people would get 2.00 raise and I would get 1.60 raise. And I have less strap.
There's a lot of great knowledge from the people on the floor that do the work. Many people who care about what we do and put in a lot of hours to do what needs done. We are like a family on the floor.

Nightshift is the only good team. 80 percent of people that are in the building on day shift are walking bottles of depression and illness
