Great company to work for.

Increased confidence and experience gained over "trial by fire"

Leadership on all levels are incompetent to an extreme. They ONLY promote people that they can step on. If you are a competent outside the box thinker or go getter. Don't expect to become something at pcc airfoils. You will run into a wall of ignorant inferior people

Very stressful not treated fair

Leadership team is young and not very "team oriented". Each department head is just looking out for their department. As for supervision, they only look out for their shift to make it look better than the next or previous shift.

It's to unstable and is never adequate

I do 100 production but being paid less than everyone else like people would get 2.00 raise and I would get 1.60 raise. And I have less strap.

There's a lot of great knowledge from the people on the floor that do the work. Many people who care about what we do and put in a lot of hours to do what needs done. We are like a family on the floor.

Nightshift is the only good team. 80 percent of people that are in the building on day shift are walking bottles of depression and illness

Collaborative, yet self-serving agendas that derailed the purpose of the meetings. No clear agenda to set the tone. Lots of finger pointing

There isnt one you either hit your goals or you"ll be dealt with

We have comrade but it isn't everywhere, just on certain shifts

Automate documentation. Presenters need to be high-level speakers to effectively represent and generate enthusiasm.
