Concentrating on doing their job instead of trying to impose their will on people by force. PCH literally spends millions on sponsoring gangs and criminals to put people in check and then have no money to pay their winners.

Prior to the last 3 years, yearly bonuses, profit sharing, and health insurance was great! Then it all vanished.
Many benefits are included shortly after being hired.

Equal pay like other surrounding cities.
All of us very finely tuned ourselves in each of our respective areas in the comp and inspire each other to go for the best everyday and cross train in case of necessity or if it's just something we are striving to learn for personal reasons regardless of what the reason is, it's a high energy pace
