What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its quite good and massive

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Concentrating on doing their job instead of trying to impose their will on people by force. PCH literally spends millions on sponsoring gangs and criminals to put people in check and then have no money to pay their winners.
Communication could be a lot better
Trusting the “core” team... Not blowing them
If you don't believe me, I'm just asking you to review the emails that I have that's all it takes. They're from you they're from your letterhead and they're nothing but a pack of lies. I've never gotten one penny out of the millions that you owe me I want to go to the federal trade commission,
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of it is really unbelievably good!
Goods and nice to be
Prior to the last 3 years, yearly bonuses, profit sharing, and health insurance was great! Then it all vanished.
Many benefits are included shortly after being hired.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
10,000,000 dollars or more maybe nore
Earning a lot more money at once
Equal pay like other surrounding cities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of us very finely tuned ourselves in each of our respective areas in the comp and inspire each other to go for the best everyday and cross train in case of necessity or if it's just something we are striving to learn for personal reasons regardless of what the reason is, it's a high energy pace
Team work, communication, loyalty always prepared

Nothing all they did was work us to the ground!
