Peacehealth is a evil organization, they discriminate against against anyone with a past, patients get treated horrible if they are not rich & white, the leadership team is a joke they makes millions & receive bonuses while the regular employees get told we cannot afford to give you a raise

Leadership is absent you can never get issues resolved most of the leadership is incompatent

The interview process was smooth and easy they hire anyone here because its the titanic and nobody stays constant turnover

Peacehealth recently spent 30 million dollars on a new logo but laid off lots of employees closed clinics but the executive team all got raises
