Generally a good place to work, with great coworkers. As with any job, there are bad eggs.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work on projects that I enjoy, getting to see people I like, being recognized for a job well-done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits here are not that great and for a family, it's rather expensive. I would love to have sick days, personal business days, and/or not have to use my PTO for holidays.
