What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership-they need to cut out the cancer that is eating away the company-fire the west coast regional VP-he detrimental to success-he had no sales ability so how can he manage sales teams-all the good salespeople left due to him-Just a very BAD person

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don'tcompensate the employees and basically no brnefits(10k ded for family)
You pay recruiters just enough to not pay OT-they pay west coast salaries as if they live in Pittsburgh No clue and just greedy
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great recruiters who only wznt to grie and make money

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Turn over tge management and bring in talent who knows staffing-the blind leading the blind
Fire the west coast regional VP and bring back the ones who really built the company and the brand
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by the BM who was great-learned so much from him and he made Peak a major player in the Theme Park industry but not anymore since they fired him
