What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everybody is very sweat and nice. Thank you.
What are some of the best things about your team? The team is the best in the company.
What are some of the best things about your team? That there are no meetings at all. There's discrimination, harassment, belittling and won't get trained properly unless you are the managers preferred race. I was hired under false promises that I would be under the license of a licensed optician. Two of my coworkers are already out of the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Understanding the basic of optics, understanding the technology of lenses. Understanding the cost of goods to help franchisees owners be more profitable. Create a better system within. Only work under one platform not 10. Become easier as a whole to create a seamless transation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I dedicated 9 years to the company i think it would of ben a nice thing to get a bonus
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Better pay and opportunities. Better work environment.
