  • Peet’s support local schools and nonprofit organizations in their communities through inkind support (ground coffee, brewed coffee, tea) and silent auction certificates or coupons.

    You can submit a letter of request to the store manager at your local Peet's. If you choose this approach, please include the "Donation Requirements" which listed below. It's encouraged that you submit your request at least three months in advance of your event date, as our stores tend to receive many donation requests and they need time to adequately consider each application.

    If the donation request is for an event that has more than 150 attendees, please reply back to this email with the donation requirements so that we can forward it over to our Community Marketing Team for consideration as the store will not be able to fulfill a request this large.

    Donation Requirements:

    - Name of your school or non-profit organization

    - 501c(3) Tax ID number

    - The organization's mission statement

    - Date of the event

    - Type of in-kind request ( e.g brewed coffee, tea, beans, certificates, and etc.)

    - Date when the donation must be received

    - Contact name and telephone number

    Due to the high volume of requests that we receive, we can only respond to the inquiries that we feel are a good fit for Peet's, as well as within our budgetary parameters.

  • The app is only linked to 1 Peet's Card which is your "digital" card. You can however transfer the value from your Peet's Card to your "digital" card for mobile payment using the steps below.

    Tap the Peet's Card icon at the bottom of the screen.

    Tap the 'Transfer Value' button.

    Enter the 14-16 card number and the 4-6 digit pin number.

    Tap transfer value to confirm.

    Please know that once you transfer the value off of a Peet's Card the card becomes deactivated and can no longer be used.

  • At this time, to accumulate points you must physically 'check in' with your App or your phone number, which is independent of paying for your transaction. This allows you to use your preferred method of payment and doesn’t require you to have a gift card to participate in our program.

    Tell your barista you would like to check-in

    If you have the app, select the “check-in” field on the main screen

    Scan the QR code that appears

    Complete your purchase

    Additionally, when you order online at peets.com, the coffee beans you receive are roasted-to-order and shipped within 24 hours to ensure the optimal freshness. Peets.com coffee bean orders are custom ground based on your preferred brew method. Coffee purchased at other retailers has been roasted and ground in advance, with limited grind options.

    We recommend you enjoy any bag of Peet's coffee within 3 months of its roasting date.
