Had I been asked a few days ago I would have said everything- especially the coffee and sense of community. However, I am currently at odds with that sentiment. As one who's worked in the hospitality industry I'm acutely aware of the importance of customer-employee exchange and it's being sidelined.

High overturn rate. Change of management often and replaced with under qualified individuals who know nothing about coffee.
