It's good at the beginning, but that's because all of the bad is sugarcoated. Once you work there for longer, you see all the bad things, and it's not that good working there as you previously thought it would be.

How safe the environment was and how easy it was to talk to the person interviewing me
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team looks out for each other and helps one another as much as we can. We have each other's backs and it's almost as if we're family
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our manager needs to start listening to his employees more, train them properly, and instead of belittling them and picking favorites, he should treat everyone as his equal. Also make smarter choices for choosing Shift Leads for the store.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our manager is pretty much what's wrong in the store, since under him we had so many turn overs, and I think it can be improved by either putting him in his place, or demoting him/firing him/hiring a new manager
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that if I am placed to work on Bar, I should be paid as Barista instead of as Team Member, because I am doing Barista work. Also there have been countless times when my needs haven't been heard, and any of the solutions to the issues that were made, they all became broken promises
