CO workers and guests. The actual coffee itself is a great perk as well!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
CO workers and the older customers who in general are regulars and enjoy the company of their local friendly baristas.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at 1854 is incredible. There are consistently issues with store manager Rob, but the core base is great and friendly.
