Only in dollar values, which only managers can claim given their relationship with the business side. Value is mostly attributed to them, with the scraps for the employees. This keeps the serfs below management.

A desire to get out of Engineering as quickly as possible.

An ancient version of Java, but primarily their own in-house form-based solution.

Technically I suppose so. It seems to only happen when the manager decides you are threatening to their image, and transfers you away to a lower quality job in an effort to make you quit.

Only enough for HR photo ops. Employees are ridiculed if they try to support the local community.

Nothing stands out. Most of the time my interviewer spend time talking about how fantastic they are.

Technically there is a 30/60/90 day checkin program, but managers don't actually follow it.

It doesn't provide any. As one of my peers found out, the company aggressively worked to reduce their salary when they moved to a cheaper area to take care of their family, and badmouthed them for making that life choice.

There isn't any. Only the incompetent are promoted, while the skilled are ground up until they quit.

I'm not at all. I'm only here to collect a paycheck and support my family while looking for a better job.

Barely adequate. Pega only spends what they absolutely have to to say they have a benefit. Management gets angry if you're "wasting" time on your own health.

I should have stayed away. The facade of niceness was removed quickly once I was hired.
