The sales are strong and our employees have steady work.
What makes me most happy is that Pella provides me with a job where I am able to utilize my skills, provide for my children, and look forward to the future rather than fear it.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sticking to meaningful values and not changing direction with the wind.
An upper management person was part of closing down another local nation serving company and seems to have an attitude against laborers, they should never be able to retire with a substantial retirement according to him.
I believe we're losing quality in exchange for profitability.
We need to look into training the management on the new world that we are in and the value of the employers that have been there for years
Too many bad parts being sent down the lines
Better equipment, better site managment
Management team is about who is their buddy, not how well an employee does his work and shows up to work

It need to be more communication with the team lead managers and there's not having communication is the key for success and if they dont communicate with there team how is the team to know what they did wrong ?
Not getting enough work appointments so I'm not making enough income.
No one cares enough to fix the problems within the company, or at least the branch I work in.

New hires are making more then people thats been there for 20+ years and we dont get time to spend with our family or time to relax because of the 1 day we have off and we only get so much vaction hours. And thats what alot of people use when they are sick you call in for being sick you get wrote up
