What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team is so disconnected with anyone other than a senior manager, they have no idea whats going on. Senior managers tell the executives what want to hear, not what they need to hear.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The powers that be place consistently show they place no value in QA/QC positions.
