It's a diverse group of backgrounds and everyone is generally on the same page in working towards supporting our customer base.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The structure of the executive team has changed a lot over the past two years. The new team and structure seems to be highly focused on driving employee engagement. They listen very well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The HR recruiter is extremely professional. He does a great job walking you through what the job looks like and details the corporate culture. You get a good sense during onboarding that HR is there to support you.
