The structure of the executive team has changed a lot over the past two years. The new team and structure seems to be highly focused on driving employee engagement. They listen very well.
They really seem to be listening to the workforce in attempt to make it a better company.

Identifying who meets meets leadership requirements that aren't based just on seniority or experience. Some people use their leadership roles as a way to do significantly less physical labor and do not in anyway lead by example.
