What are some of the best things about your team?The team wants to do better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?All compensation packages are equally good
What did you like most about the interview process?The HR recruiter is extremely professional. He does a great job walking you through what the job looks like and details the corporate culture. You get a good sense during onboarding that HR is there to support you.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Identifying who meets meets leadership requirements that aren't based just on seniority or experience. Some people use their leadership roles as a way to do significantly less physical labor and do not in anyway lead by example.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Mismanagement and poor scheduling has created a toxic atmosphere for the common workers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?The company has taken a turn to leading by fear. Most of the workers are afraid for their jobs. Constant criticism is wearing on everyone.
